Dear Ones in Christ,
Greetings once again in Christ our Lord and Redeemer’s Name. “Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD O my soul and forget not all his benefits” Psalm 105:1-2. The year 2025 is becoming a unique and unforgettable year in our family and the ministry.
The Wedding of Bernard and Debbie September 27th 2025.
The Lord answered our prayer’s and your prayers when Debbie informed me in March this year that a man has expressed interest to marry her. I told her I have been praying very seriously for the Lord to bring her a partner this year. Many men have come forward since 2009 but there were red flags on all of them, at times people including believers accuse me of preventing my daughter from getting married; I tell them I only point out the red flags to her and l let her make the final decision. When I met with Bernard earlier this year I knew he is God’s choice for Debbie and after I spoke with him I became more convinced. He is a believer and an evangelist with a passion for for Christ; he is also a businessman. He is into Import and Export, he also has Cashew and Mango farms. Bernard is very humble as the English will say, he is “a gentleman“. Sis. Ruth from Mission Central and Pastor Tim Bantle were here for the special occasion, both of them were impressed with Bernard. To our family this is all the doing of our Gracious LORD. We see this as a special honor and blessing from the Lord. The Lord joined Adelaide and I in 1974, then kept us apart for eight and half years. In 1983 he gave us our first child, Debbie followed by the second one Enoch in 1985. They are all serving the Lord with us. The Lord brought Enoch’s life partner in 2019 then a grandson on July 7th 2020. Yotham is now five (5). As I stated earlier people were asking if our daughter is ever going to marry? Well Our sovereign Lord’s time is the best, as the Psalmist said “This is the doing of the Lord, it is marvelous in our sight”. On September 27th 2025 it was the celebration of MARVELOUS DOING OF THE LORD. Sis; Ruth, Mission Central came on the 19th of September to help with the preparation followed by Pastor Tim Bantle our Mission Board Chairman on September 23rd. On the morning of September 27th we had the traditional engagement service at 8:00Am followed by the wedding at the first church I pastored and where both Debbie and Enoch were born. The service started at 2:00Pm. Pastor Bantle did the Officiating, Enoch led the Choir with some special Hymns. Adelaide’s brother, Evangelist Boniface preached and I gave a word of exaltation. We had an informal reception, i.e, picture taken, cake cutting, closing prayer and departure. Thanks to all of you for standing with us from the time God gave us our children to date. Christ will repay. See the attached pictures.
ARRIVAL OF CONTAINER WITH MISSION SUPPLIES, September 24th.
The ship with our container arrived on the 24th three days before the wedding. I asked our Clearing Agent to start the process but not clear it till after the wedding. Our Exemption documents were not complete so we had to clear the container on “Permit” there was some confusion with the shippers and port Authorities. We were able to get the container out on October 4th, off load it and send it back. To God be the glory, pray with us as we take inventory and begin to distribute. We have already donated a Dental Chair to a local Hospital. In His Grace for His Glory, Noah Quarshie & Family.
